The switching of the IGBTs at high frequencies (PWM) causes an output voltage with peaks that can reach 1300V in motor terminals.
The FLC filter reduces dV / dt converting the voltage into a sine wave, eliminating all isolation and bearings problems of the engines and interference emissions from the cables.
